The services listed below may be altered or customized, however, all options include either daily or weekly scheduled visits, ranging from 2 to 5 days per week. Each visit is a minimum of one hour which includes a thorough interior and exterior walk through inspection  of the property, along with any routine cleaning, maintenance, or  administrative tasks. We continue to emphasize the idea of you having “peace of mind” when you’re home or away, so recommending each property be tended to at least twice a week is our bare minimum.
